Your images and information

When you submit an order request, we store your name, email address, shipping address, order notes and selected items to manage that request.

Your account

We store your account email, name, password hash, favorites, saved addresses, orders and support messages to provide these services. Your password is never stored as plain text. Support updates are always available in your account. Email verification, password reset and service notifications use our configured email delivery provider when the service is enabled. Notifications do not include your uploaded artwork, shipping address or full support messages.

Contacting us

If you use Contact us without an account, we store your name, email address, subject and message to handle your enquiry. These messages are visible to authorized administrators and are not published.

Account email links

Email verification links expire after 24 hours and password reset links after 30 minutes. Links are single-use. A successful password reset signs out previous sessions. Delivery records are retained for up to 30 days; queued message contents are cleared after successful sending.

Your custom artwork

Uploaded originals, design previews and placement settings are stored with your custom design. Custom images are not part of the public product gallery. Once you sign in, your custom images are linked to your account and available to you and authorized store administrators handling your request. Sign-in is required to use the custom design studio.

Only upload images you own or have permission to print. Avoid uploading sensitive documents or information unrelated to your design.

Unpaid and cancelled-order designs become eligible for cleanup after the configured retention period, currently 90 days. Designs linked to confirmed or fulfilled orders are retained. Deleting a saved design moves it to Recently deleted while its files are retained; existing order records remain available.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses an essential session cookie to keep your cart, custom designs and order request connected to your browser. You can sign in again to access your account, saved addresses, order history and support tickets. Your cart is specific to the current browser session and is cleared when you sign out. Public pages use Google Analytics to measure page visits. Analytics runs separately from account and checkout forms; names, emails, addresses, passwords and support messages are not sent to it. Account, email verification, password reset, contact forms, custom design, checkout and administration pages are excluded. Google Analytics may use cookies to recognize repeat visits.

Payments and tax calculation

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted checkout and are not stored by this website. We store payment identifiers, verified amounts, currency, payment status and refund records. PayPal receives the shipping name and address for the order. When automatic tax is enabled, Stripe Tax receives the shipping address, merchandise amount and shipping amount to calculate tax and record transactions. Third-party payment adapters receive the order identifier and amount; custom artwork is not included in payment requests.

Membership and rewards

We use verified direct-store purchase and refund records to calculate your tier, points and coupons. An optional birthday month and day is used for annual birthday rewards. Referral codes connect a new account with its inviter; no other customer account details are shared through the rewards page. Daily image-upload and preview counts manage design allowances. Administrators can use purchase and custom-design activity and manually entered interests to organize customer tags. These tags are not public and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
